The Institute of Career Excellence (TICE)

At TICE, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for every student. When you enroll in any of our courses, you are entering into a mutual agreement with us — where we commit to delivering industry-relevant training, and you agree to the terms of enrollment, including timely fee payments.

We understand that life circumstances can change. However, we request all applicants to consider their enrollment decisions carefully. The following outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and other course-related changes.

Refund Policy

By enrolling in a course at TICE, you confirm your commitment to the course and acceptance of our terms. Enrollments completed online are considered confirmed once the student agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy during the registration process. A course is considered started once we issue the student their login credentials or grant access to any course materials or sessions.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a student changes their mind after enrolling and requests a refund without a valid reason.
  • If a student fails to attend classes without informing the institute or providing sufficient explanation.
  • If a student is absent from five or more consecutive sessions without notice.
  • If a student does not actively participate in live projects or practical training components.

We encourage students to reach out to us with any concerns or challenges before requesting a refund, as we are always here to help and find possible solutions.

Cancellation Policy

TICE may provide a full refund in the following cases:

  • If the institute is unable to commence the course within the communicated start date or agreed timeline discussed at the time of admission.
  • If TICE cancels the course before it begins due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, TICE reserves the right to cancel a student’s enrollment if:

  • The student has been unresponsive or unreachable for a significant period.
  • There has been no communication or valid reason provided for continued absence.
  • The student violates any institutional code of conduct or misuse of course content.

Deferral / Course Pause Policy

We understand that unexpected events may arise. Students may request to pause or defer their course for a period of 6 or 12 months. Such requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation explaining the reason for the break (e.g., a personal statement, medical note, or other valid proof).

Course Transfer Policy

We know that discovering your passion sometimes takes time. If a student realizes that the course they enrolled in isn’t the right fit, they may apply to switch to another course within 30 days of enrollment.

  • This request must be submitted formally.
  • No refund will be given for any difference in course fees.
  • The new course must fall under the same academic structure or department.

Important Disclaimer

TICE makes every effort to deliver accurate course content and ensure students achieve the learning outcomes associated with their chosen program. However, the responsibility of applying this knowledge effectively in the workplace rests with the student.

TICE will not be held liable for how any graduate applies the course material or advice received during training, nor for any third-party claims resulting from such use.

Course materials, lecture notes, and other content provided during training are for personal academic use only and must not be shared, sold, copied, or distributed without prior written permission from TICE.

If you have questions about any part of this policy or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support or admissions team. We’re here to support your career journey every step of the way.
